Ria Sharma graduated from Leeds College Of Art in 2014. Make Love Not Scars was initially a college project she was working on but one thing led to another and the organization was born. She is currently based in Delhi and has devoted her life in the service of the survivors. She claims to have found her calling at a young age and hopes that her efforts will one day contribute towards making a change. Ria frequently writes for various online blogs and her work has also been featured in the Times Of India. An outspoken young individual, Ria is quick to voice her opinion on social issues.

MLNS' series of beauty and makeup vlogs called “Beauty Tips by Reshma was shared on Facebook by Amitabh Bachchan and Ashton Kutcher in September 2015. MLNS has recently inaugurated the first rehabilitation center for acid attack survivors in India.
